These terms apply when you browse or purchase from the Rivet & Room online store. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Products and pricing
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. We aim to present product information and imagery accurately, but colour and appearance can vary between screens. We may correct genuine errors in descriptions, availability or pricing before an order is fulfilled.
Orders
An order confirmation records your request to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, shipping is not available to the address supplied, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Safe and appropriate use
Use each product only for its intended purpose and follow supplied instructions, warnings and stated limits. Inspect tools before use and wear appropriate protective equipment. Product descriptions do not replace trade advice or professional assessment.
Delivery, returns and privacy
Our Delivery, Returns and Privacy pages form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order, except where a change is required by law.
